The 4 Core Pillars of the Program

  • Movement

    Incorporating workouts that work with your hormones, not against them. We’ll use a mix of low-impact strength training, gentle cardio, and restorative practices like yoga to reduce stress and support hormonal balance.

  • Nutrition & Supplementation

    I will teach you what foods and supplements work best for your body to support hormone balance, reduce inflammation, and stabilize blood sugar. We’ll focus on creating simple, nourishing meals while also exploring targeted supplementation to help regulate cortisol levels, reduce excess androgen production, and address specific PCOS-related needs.

  • Mindset

    Your mindset is key to managing PCOS and improving your health. Shifting from limiting beliefs to an empowering perspective reduces stress, supports hormone balance, and fuels the motivation needed for lasting change. The techniques and activities I've incorporated into the program will help you rewire your mindset to thrive with PCOS.

  • Energetics

    We’ll focus on balancing masculine and feminine energies, which play a key role in managing PCOS. An imbalance in these energies—caused by stress or trauma—can disrupt hormones, increase cortisol, and elevate androgens, contributing to PCOS symptoms. By understanding and rebalancing these energies, we can reduce stress, support hormone regulation, and promote overall health, helping you manage PCOS more effectively.
